A NAME, THEN THE WORK : HANA — FLOWER
In 2021, a MIAGE Sophia Antipolis company-creation assignment asked Mike and Sébastien to plan a business on paper: marketing, costs, legal form, and a game concept. The early blockchain/NFT idea stayed a student proposal. Mike chose Hana—the Japanese word for “flower”—and they kept the name for the studio they later began building beside their studies.

A SMALL STUDIO, A WIDE CRAFT : TWO FOUNDERS, MANY HAND-OFFS
Sébastien worked across development, UI/UX, and infrastructure; Mike led game direction and backend architecture. The studio worked almost entirely remotely: the founders were in Sophia Antipolis, while most contributors were students in Marseille who joined through recommendations from Téo, a friend from Sophia Antipolis. The story is not one of two people doing everything, but of work being shared, revised, and made usable by the next person.
